Animal Info
Our toads were hatched at Steinhart Aquarium in California. The aquarium had more than 40 AGT tadpoles hatch at one time! They had to find homes for some of the toadlets, so we offered to take three! They have not yet been named, but stay tuned!
Female Asian frog toads can reach up to 8 inches in length. Males typically grow to 5 inches in length. They are truly terrestrial, meaning they stay on the ground on land the majority of the time. They do not climb or swim well.
