What is an eMembership card?
An eMembership card is a digital version of the traditional membership card. These digital cards are stored on your smartphone's digital wallet or other mobile device, so your membership benefits are always just a tap away!
When will I receive my digital membership card?
After purchasing a membership, the recipient of the membership (the adult Primary Member listed on the membership) will receive an email with details on how to download the eMembership Card to a mobile device.
I don't have a smartphone - can I get a traditional membership card?
eMembership cards are now included with all active Saginaw Children’s Zoo memberships; traditional printed cards are no longer available. If you are not able to present your eMembership card at our Admissions booth or ride locations, we are more than happy to search for your membership information using your photo ID.
Can I give a membership as a gift?
We’re glad that you want to share the benefits of a Saginaw Children’s Zoo membership with others! Gift memberships can be purchased online here, over the phone at 989-759-1408, or during your next Zoo visit.
